What is Polymer Clay?
Polymer clay is a type of hardenable modelling clay based on the polymer polyvinyl chloride (PVC). It typically contains no clay minerals, but like mineral clay, a liquid is added to dry particles until it achieves gel-like working properties. Polymer clay is very solid and durable when cured properly. It is also said to be waterproof.
Is Polymer clay safe to wear?
Yes it is safe to wear. These days most polymer clay are not toxic and the one I use is definitely not toxic. It is not safe for food purposes but as a jewellery piece, you can wear them with no fear :)
How to look after my Jewellery?
Taking good care of your precious jewellery means they will last longer and look good longer.
All the earring findings are Hypo-Allergenic, nickel cadmium and lead free. There are made of a very good quality of gold coloured Brass.
If you purchased a silver pair, they are also Hypo-Allergenic and made of the best surgical steel (Rhodium plated).
Earring Finding Cleaning: The best way to clean your earring finding (if it is looking a bit tarnish) is to either clean them with a bit of soapy water and rubbing gently the earwire with a soft cloth or if this technique is not enough you can also mix baking soda and white vinegar together to create a paste. It will fizz for a minute, but will quickly settle down. Then, rub the paste into the earwire using your hands or a little cloth. Let it sit for roughly 30 minutes and wipe with a soft cloth to remove the paste.
Polymer Clay cleaning: If your precious polymer clay charm is dirty, do not rinse it directly in the water! First try removing any dust or make-up with a soft cloth or tissue. Then dip the cloth in a bit of water and rub on the clay, then dry gently. You can add a tiny bit of soap if it is really dirty and won't go away with just water.
Polymer clay is very strong and durable and on top of that all my creations have a UV resin coat which make them even durable. It is ok to get it wet if its raining or if you are cleaning them, but I recommend NOT to shower with them (even if it is waterproof) so it last longer. Some creations are fragile or have extra charms or beads which should not go in the shower.

How do I track my order?
You should receive an email, with a tracking number and update on your order and shipping status, after purchasing the product.
Do you offer returns?
No returns on sale items unless deemed faulty.
If the item is faulty (such as missing piece or bend wire or broken during shipping), you may return it within 2 weeks for a full refund. Please note, due to hygiene reasons you cannot return or exchange earrings unless faulty.
I do not offer refunds for change of mind so make sure you pick the product you really like!
Please note that most of my creations are slightly different due to the nature of sculpting and creativity. When you purchase a product make sure you pick the one you like as I will not offer a refund if you find your purchased is different from the original picture. I usually have multiple photos and I am more than happy to email you every single pair so you can pick the one you truly like!
If you would like to return your item, please email me.
Once I receive your return, I will contact you and arrange your refund. If the item has been worn or damaged it will not be accepted as a return. It is recommended that you ship your return with appropriate tracking as I will not assume responsibility for any item which is lost or damaged.
